These retreats are designed for intimate groups of one to three people — small enough that every breath is witnessed, every shift honoured. The work draws on breathwork and plant medicine as gateways into multidimensional layers of consciousness that everyday life rarely reaches.

What is accessed here cannot be planned. Grief may rise. Ancient knowing may return. The body remembers what the mind has long forgotten. I hold the container — the lineage, the songs, the silence — so you can let go completely into the process.

Integration is woven into the retreat itself: there is no rush toward the exit. We close the ceremony together, ground the visions in the body, and orient toward what wants to change in ordinary life.

The retreat unfolds over two and a half days. The flow below is a living template — it adapts to what you bring and what wants to move.

In these states we want to relentlessly be our most authentic self. If you feel like this wants to involve the field of the erotic, I can support you in creating safe containers around interactions through my work and ample experience as a Sacred Intimate and help such interactions to become an access of deep healing and a portal to the divine. All this will be thoroughly discussed before the actual experience.
